I am renting out my condominium immediately because I have moved in with my long-term partner. Ideal for singles or couples, with a large living/dining room, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, kitchen, and bathroom. The brick walls are exposed in the living and bedroom, original herringbone parquet in the living/dining room, and high ceilings. The living-dining room is connected by a large wide arch and has turned out really beautiful. Adjacent to it is the bedroom, which is accessible through the living/dining room. The kitchen and bathroom are accessible from the entrance/hallway. The apartment was renovated 3 years ago (new ceilings, walls), washing machine already present. There is a small wall cupboard for cleaning supplies in the entrance area. Well laid out, I am only giving it up with a heavy heart to good hands :-) really look forward to a great home.
The apartment is basically furnished and ready to move in. A basic set of dishes is there but can also be removed. There is no minimum contract term, but it is initially rented for 3 years.
Additional costs 200 euros plus furnishing surcharge 200 euros (non-negotiable) plus electricity and internet.
Leipartstraße is located in the charming Obersendling, which is up-and-coming. Several small cafés have opened in the last year. The S-Bahn Mittersendling (1 min on foot) and U-Bahn line U6 (Harras, about 2 min by bike, about 12 min on foot). Supermarket right around the corner (1 min). To Flaucher it is about 5 min by bike and a great jogging route completely in greenery. Sendling and also Thalkirchen can be reached within a few minutes by bike.
