We are looking for new tenants for our beautiful maisonette apartment in Karlsruhe's Weststadt, only about a 2-minute walk from Gutenbergplatz.
The apartment has approximately 84 m² of living space plus an additional converted attic of about 35 m², offering plenty of extra space. It is located on the 3rd floor and features a balcony as well as a guest toilet.
The apartment is especially suitable for couples or individuals. Despite the generous space, there is only one separate bedroom. Therefore, the layout is less suitable for families with children, this is also the reason why we are leaving the apartment due to our growing family.
The location is very convenient: the Yorckstraße stop is reachable within a few minutes on foot. Shopping options such as Nahkauf, CAP, and dm are also directly in the vicinity.

The existing kitchen was installed about 7 years ago and should be taken over by the new tenant. The transfer fee is 2,800 € including dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and recirculating extractor hood.
Move-in would probably be possible on October 15. It would be desirable if the new tenants could be somewhat flexible regarding the exact move-in date.

Public transport connections are also very good. The Yorckstraße stop is only a few minutes away, from where you can quickly reach the city center and other districts. And if you want to get out into nature, the Günther-Klotz-Anlage is not far away either. Overall, living here is pleasantly urban but still with many amenities right at your doorstep.
