Due to a move to Göttingen, I have to give up my beautiful apartment in Kassel. The apartment is about 30-35 m² in size. The main room is approximately 20 m², plus a small hallway with storage and wardrobe, bathroom, balcony, and a kitchen with fitted kitchen. The apartment is bright and I especially liked the large balcony, which often offers a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The apartment is rented unfurnished.
I have perceived the house community as quiet. There is an elevator, a private basement compartment, a bicycle cellar, and a room for drying laundry.
Important information: I have purchased and had installed a new stove and washing machine. Costs of 1610€ were incurred for this. I want to resell the stove and washing machine for 1290€. Persons who do not want to take over the appliances are kindly asked to refrain from inquiries. Inquiries related to the electrical appliances will be answered preferentially, as I then know that the advertisement has been fully read.
The apartment is centrally located near Friedrichsgymnasium, the city center and the Aue can be reached quickly. The parking situation is usually unproblematic and the Weigelstraße and Rathaus stops are quickly accessible.
