Beke Quartier: High-Quality Features Meet Thoughtful Spatial Design

The Beke Quartier is being developed on the traditional BUDNI company site in Budnikowsky-Twiete as a modern residential complex with a clear architectural signature and high standards of quality and sustainability.

A total of 107 high-quality rental apartments are distributed across seven buildings. The four- to seven-story structures feature timeless, modern architecture and a distinctive clinker brick facade that harmoniously blends into the Hamburg cityscape. There will be 1- to 4-room apartments with living spaces ranging from approximately 39 m² to 110 m², ideally suited to the diverse needs of singles, couples, and families. The architecture impresses with clear lines, generous window areas, and an open, friendly design. Some of the buildings face directly onto the Wandse river, offering attractive green views, while a lovingly designed, greened courtyard serves as a quiet retreat.

The completion of the quarter will take place in stages. The first apartments at house numbers 9 and 11 in the eastern part of the building site are expected to be ready for occupancy from early September 2026. The houses along the Wandse, numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10, will follow later. The completion of all buildings is planned by the end of 2026.

The Beke Quartier represents a modern, responsible living concept that uniquely combines sustainability, quality of life, and social commitment. The buildings are constructed to the energy-efficient KfW-40 standard, heated by district heating, thus meeting high requirements for environmental compatibility and energy savings.
