Relaxed living from day one is the motto of the apartment. Everything you need for comfortable living is already there. You do not waste your free time with the lengthy and exhausting furnishing of an apartment. You do not have to carry furniture, spend precious afternoons in furniture stores, deal with utilities and internet providers, or hang curtains yourself. I have already done all that for you. The Wi-Fi is running, towels hang in the bathroom, and even the dishes are in the cupboard. You have time for what matters.
THE APARTMENT
Behind the bright hallway with mirror opens the main room. A comfortable Eames Lounge Chair invites you to relax. At the round table with Vitra cantilever chairs by Antonio Citterio there is enough space to receive guests or work. On the sideboard stands a large Samsung TV, and a cozy sleeping niche is fully equipped including bed linen. The main room opens onto a sunny balcony with table and chairs.
The ALNO kitchen is equipped with Siemens stove, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom with bathtub and rain shower is tiled white with slate grey floor and fully equipped with hairdryer, scale and towels. A storage room with safe, clothes rail, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils completes the picture.
I have equipped the apartment so that I can imagine moving in myself. It is located in the middle of Bochum city centre and is still quiet because all rooms and the balcony face a large courtyard. The balcony faces southwest and has sun from noon until evening.

THE LOCATION
One minute to the pedestrian zone (Kortum- and Huestraße), 100 m to a large REWE and a fitness studio, seven minutes on foot to the main station. Subway, cafés, doctors and banks are around the corner; Bermudadreieck, music centre and theatre in a few minutes. The city park is not far for a walk, the Ruhr University is quickly reached by subway. Behind the house parking spaces and underground garage spaces can be rented; there is a bicycle cellar in the house, and on request I provide a bicycle.
