Bremen-Ostertor: First occupancy after renovation! Maisonette above the roofs of the Ostertorviertel

This maisonette apartment is not an ordinary apartment, but almost a small house within a house. Over two spacious levels, 177.28 m² of living space extend, connected by an impressive, historic staircase with a dark wooden railing, which already upon entering lets you feel that a building from 1890 meets a contemporary expansion here. High old building ceilings run through both floors and create a sense of space rarely found on such a large area, airy, bright and generous, without any frills, but with the quiet elegance of old building fabric.

On the 1st upper floor you are welcomed by a bright office, a living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a guest WC, a complete living area in itself. Via the stairs you reach the developed attic, where the room program expands once again: a second living and sleeping area, a dressing room, an additional children's or workroom as well as another bathroom. Seven rooms, spread over two levels with their own character, enough space to retreat, work or really spread out as a family, and due to the clear separation of the floors also well suited for a shared flat.

First occupancy after renovation means here: new windows with thermal insulation glazing on both floors, completely new electrical installation including network technology and modern video intercom system, a new gas condensing boiler with radiators in every room as well as high-quality new floors and interior doors throughout both levels. A special comfort: all bathrooms are additionally equipped with underfloor heating, warmth you feel under your feet on cold days. Various other highlights can be found on site. An apartment that combines old building character and modern comfort so generously as rarely found in Bremen.
