Bright 2-Room Apartment with Balcony and Elevator in Great Location Near the Main River

Since I am moving to a larger apartment, I am looking for new tenants for my current apartment, ideally from 15.12.2026, by arrangement.

The bright apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a separate living room and bedroom, a kitchen with a window, and a daylight bathroom with a bathtub and glass shower enclosure. The balcony facing the courtyard is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Electric shutters are installed. A basement storage unit is also included.

Heating costs are included in the additional costs. An underground parking space can be rented optionally but does not have to be taken over.

Takeover of Kitchen and Furnishings

Since the kitchen and some furniture fit well in the apartment and can be used directly, I would like to leave them for the next tenants. For a one-time payment of 4,500 €, the joint takeover of the following items is planned:

• Built-in kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and storage space
• High-quality STAUD sliding door wardrobe with glass fronts, approx. 225 × 240 × 68 cm (W × H × D), already assembled
• Samsung washing machine with 7 kg capacity, already connected and ready to use
• Bathroom vanity cabinet
• Hallway wardrobe
• Lamps

The IKEA KALLAX shelves and the shoe bench can also be taken over by arrangement if interested.

The apartment is located in a great, central location on Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße, near the Main riverbank. Whether walks by the water, a running round, or a short way into the city, many things can be easily done on foot.

The city center and Frankfurt main station are easily accessible. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafés are also nearby. The balcony facing the courtyard offers a nice retreat in the middle of the city.
