We are only giving up the apartment because our family is growing and we need more space. We have really enjoyed living here and are now looking for a suitable new tenant whom we can recommend to the landlord.

The location is excellent: supermarket directly in the building as well as EDEKA, REWE, ALDI, dm, Rossmann, Woolworth, banks, restaurants, cafés and bars within a few minutes' walk.

Very good public transport connections: 701, 705, 707 and 721 reachable within minutes, as well as U78 and U79.

The apartment includes a private garage parking space with direct elevator access to the building as well as a large, dry basement room.

Furniture takeover, 4,000 €

Taking over the furniture for 4,000 € is a requirement. Included are almost all the furniture visible in the pictures, including sofa, cabinets, shelves, dining table and chairs, bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, storage furniture, freezer, kitchen shelf, bathroom and balcony furniture as well as lamps.

Personal items, decorations and small electrical/kitchen appliances are not included.
