Due to a job-related move, I am looking for a new tenant for this beautiful 2-room apartment, where I have happily lived for two years.

The apartment has many windows on both sides of the building, allowing for excellent ventilation. The bathroom also has a window.

It is about a 10-minute walk to Mühlburger Tor and approximately 15 minutes to Europaplatz. Daily shopping facilities are also easily accessible on foot; a supermarket is about an 8-minute walk away.
This makes public transport, the city center, and shopping facilities very easily reachable on foot.
