Due to a move abroad, we are looking for new tenants from November 15 for our bright and cozy 3-room apartment on the ground floor, 78 m², with its own terrace. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with an open kitchen. Additionally, there is a cellar room and a parking space in the garage. Ideally, we would like to sell as much furniture as possible to the new tenants, the more taken over, the better.
The house was completed at the end of 2023, we are the first occupants.
Mandatory to take over: the two firmly embedded sunshades on the terrace, the bathroom furniture (cabinets above and below the sinks), as well as all lighting (lamps). The other furniture shown in the photos is also for sale, individually or together with the apartment. We would prefer to sell all the furniture to the next tenants, the more you take over, the bigger the discount.
Unterhaching (82008) is a quiet, green community. Within a 10-minute walk: two Edeka markets as well as Lidl, Aldi, DM, and two bakeries; parks and playgrounds are also nearby. General practitioners and pediatricians are easy to find, kindergartens and schools are close by. Munich can be reached comfortably by the S3 (train station 15 minutes on foot from the apartment) or by bus directly from the house to the Neuperlach subway station. The Campeon Technology Park is 10 minutes away.
