The house is located on a quiet street on the outskirts of Lemmie. After less than 200 meters, you reach the fields, and after another 10 to 15 minutes on foot, the Gehrden forest, making the surroundings ideal for walking, running, or cycling. The village has good public transport connections with its S-Bahn connection. Several bus lines also run to the surrounding villages and to the Weetzen train station, from where further trains go to Hannover. Additionally, Lemmie has a kindergarten and a riding hall.
