Description
For my beautiful 41 m² apartment in Hannover, I am looking for a reliable new tenant from 01.11.2026 (to be occupied by one person) due to a job change. The mediation and handover will be coordinated with the property management (imvio Immobilien).
Fully furnished with fitted kitchen
Very good connection to public transport and shopping facilities nearby.
The apartment will initially be rented in my name until 03/2027. I expect responsible use and harmonious living with neighbors without causing problems (because in the end I have to be responsible for it).
From March 2027, the apartment can be transferred to your own name :)
The current subtenant can directly conclude their own rental contract with us.
To process the request quickly and easily, we need the following documents in the next step:
Copy of ID card or passport
SCHUFA report (for German residence, not older than 6 months), this can be quickly and easily requested, for example via ImmoScout and is usually provided the same day
The last three payslips or, in the case of a new employment, a copy of the employment contract
If the income is not sufficient for renting, a guarantee is additionally required. In this case, we also ask for the following documents from the guarantor:
Copy of ID card
Payslips for the last three months
SCHUFA report
