I am looking for a suitable new tenant for my approximately 60 m² apartment in a central location of Münster. The apartment is ideal for a quiet single person or a couple. Shared flat use is not intended.

A monthly net income of at least 2,500 € is required. Alternatively, a corresponding financial guarantee from the parents is possible.

The apartment will be painted by the new tenant upon moving in.

Some furniture is to be taken over:
- Bed including mattress: Free of charge
- Wardrobe: 350 € (purchased new for this apartment, original price 450 €)
- Kitchen table: 40 €
- Coffee table: 20 €
- Living room lamp: 20 €
- Coat rack: 20 €

Total: 450 €

If needed, the couch can be taken over for 250 € (2 years old, original price 699 €).
