The building is located in the Esslingen district of Hohenkreuz. On site you will find all shops necessary for daily needs. An elementary and secondary school as well as a high school are also available.
A connection to public transport (bus) can be found within a few minutes' walk. You can reach Esslingen station in about 10 minutes by car.
By a footpath in the immediate vicinity of the building, you can walk to Esslingen city center in about 20 minutes.
We are a cooperative. Membership is a prerequisite for renting an apartment. If you are not yet a member, you must acquire membership by joining at the latest before concluding a rental agreement and subscribe to additional cooperative shares depending on the apartment size, which must be paid up by the time of moving in. Membership admission usually takes place in connection with the allocation of the apartment.
At the end of membership, the shares are paid out again according to our statutes. Our statutes can be found on our homepage at www.bg-es.de.
We cooperate with the German Tenants' Association: Every new tenant receives a value voucher from the cooperative, which can be redeemed at the German Tenants' Association Esslingen-Göppingen e. V. With the voucher, the membership fee is halved in the first year, and the admission fee at the DMB of 15.00 EUR is waived.
In the interest of a long-term rental relationship, we exclude ordinary termination for a duration of 2 years.
