Description
Due to our long-term planning, we are specifically looking for tenants for whom a period of 1 to about 3 years fits perfectly into their own life plans. Further details will be discussed on site.
We are a family with two children and not a large anonymous rental company. A friendly and reliable rental relationship would be our ideal.
Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house built in 1932 with beautiful old clinker bricks in the Gartenstadt (List). The fitted kitchen including appliances is available for free use.
The bathroom is typical of old buildings, narrow, and has a large shower. There is space for a washing machine. Laundry can be conveniently hung on the large private drying attic directly above the apartment. For everything else, there is a lockable basement room.
The star of the apartment is definitely the abundant light. Due to the exposed location, it is always bright somewhere despite privacy-protecting trees.
In the living kitchen with a large window front, the morning sun rises in the east and turns into the living room on the south side, which forms a living-dining area of about 42m² through a sliding door with glass insert. The three bedrooms complete the offer.
