I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful maisonette apartment in Gerresheim. From November 2026, optionally later, for 3-6 months.
The apartment is fully equipped and furnished. It is an attic apartment on the 4th and 5th floors. An elevator is available. Parking options in front of the door are good. A parking space does not belong to the apartment but could possibly be rented separately from the property management.
The apartment is about 76m² and has 2.5 rooms. Downstairs there is the living/dining room, kitchen, a guest WC and a balcony with a view of greenery. On the upper floor you come from the stairs into a half room, which can be used as a storage room or as an alternative workspace. From there you enter the bedroom (high ceiling just under 4m) with a large bed (2x2m) and a workspace with a height-adjustable desk. Next door is the bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
The flat rent including heating, electricity, internet etc. is 1,290 EUR
Quiet location on the green city outskirts. Fields, meadows and forest right outside the door. The center of Gerresheim with everything you need for daily needs can be reached by car in 3 minutes. A farm shop is just around the corner. An Alnatura is a few 100m away.
Top public transport connection, train and bus station are only a 5-minute walk away. The train line 709 goes directly to the main station and the U83 to the city center. In addition, there are bus lines 725, 733, 738 and 781.
By car you are on the A3 in 10 minutes.
