The small balcony adjoins the eat-in kitchen. A cellar room also belongs to the apartment. The previous tenant would like to sell the kitchen including stove, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher for 1750 €. Additionally, the previous tenant would like to sell the wardrobe for 500 €. However, this is not a requirement for moving into the apartment.

Location
The apartment is located in close proximity to the old town and the castle with the Botanical Garden. The Prinzipalmarkt and Domplatz with a twice-weekly market can also be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The Promenade (old town ring road) is right outside the door.

Various bus lines run nearby (bus stops Schlossplatz and Neutor).

The costs for gas and electricity are not included in the additional costs; they are paid directly by the tenant to the municipal utilities or the chosen supplier. The general additional costs are billed once a year.
