I am renting out my furnished 2-room apartment in Berlin-Schöneberg on the popular Goltzstraße from 15.9.2026 for two years, as I will not be in Berlin then. There is a possibility of taking over the lease.
1.10. as a move-in date is also possible, but I would prefer 15.9.
Ideally, it is for a person who brings no or few own furniture, as the apartment is furnished. Cabinets etc. will of course be completely cleared out.

1400€ is the fixed price for 1 person. The rent includes additional costs, high-speed Wi-Fi, heating costs, GEZ etc. A second person increases the flat rent by 50€ due to additional costs, so you do not face a large additional payment.
The apartment is really very bright, has no tenant above you, has typical old building beautiful wooden floorboards and high ceilings. A total of 50 sqm, with a separate kitchen and two rooms, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. It is rented furnished, with washing machine, dishwasher, sofa and double bed. The apartment is located in the rear building and is incredibly quiet.
Household and liability insurance must be presented.
No pets or smokers please. Not really suitable as a shared flat, as the second large room is not a walk-through room but rather the living room.
