Since we will be traveling for just under half a year, our apartment is available for sublease from October 5, 2026 to March 25, 2027. The 60 sqm top-floor apartment is fully furnished. Layout: hallway, large living-dining area, bedroom, study, bathroom.
Thanks to the many large windows, it is nicely bright even in winter. In September this year, the heating will be converted to a heat pump. The apartment has four roof window balconies. Internet available (gigabit connection via cable).
The entire apartment was extensively renovated seven years ago, so everything is in very good condition. The apartment is fully furnished as shown in the pictures, with everything needed for living. There is still plenty of space in the study for your own wardrobe or other furniture.
You can almost always find a parking space on the street in front of the house, otherwise in a side street. Two other households live in the building. The large garden with pergola may be used communally. Also the laundry room, which is equipped with its own washing machine and drying rack.

The apartment is very quiet, surrounded by vineyards at the end of a dead-end street. A bakery is an 8-minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes on foot. A beautiful park is only 4 minutes' walk from the apartment.
