From November, I am renting out part of my apartment and looking for someone who feels comfortable living there.

Available is a spacious living room with dining area, an open, fully furnished kitchen, a daylight bathroom, a hallway, and a bedroom facing the quiet garden side. From the balcony, you can adjust sun and shade as you like with an electrically extendable awning. The garden can be shared, and a free parking space is waiting for your car right outside the door. There is a bicycle cellar, a storage room in the basement, a space for the washing machine, and a drying room in the attic. The neighborhood is nice and helpful.

I keep a small room in the apartment for my own weekend visits. During the week, you generally have the apartment to yourself.

The apartment is intended for one person. The rent should not exceed one third of your net income; this ensures reliability for both of us. For the viewing, I look forward to income proof, your employment contract, a Schufa self-disclosure, and a certificate of rent debt freedom from your current landlord.

Quiet traffic street (one-way street with 30 km/h zone), Elbroichpark and the Rhine nearby, good connections to the city center and Benrath with U- and tram lines U72 and U76. Close to Henkel, university, and Provinzial insurance. Access to the A46 (Werstener Kreuz) nearby.
