Bright, Newly Renovated Apartment Near the Forest

The apartment, freshly renovated in 2026, is located in a quieter area in the Harleshausen district and offers both good connections (bus stop 3 minutes on foot) to the city center and proximity to the forest. The building contains a total of only 6 units. The apartment in question is located in the attic, but only a pleasant one and a half floors up from the front door (1.5th floor). Since the house is on a slope, it offers a nice view over Kassel.

Behind the apartment entrance door, there is initially a hallway that is quite generous for the apartment size, with beautiful wooden parquet flooring, which in an additional larger niche (see pictures) offers sufficient space for, for example, a wardrobe.
The living room (south side) invites you with a small platform under the slanted window (see pictures). The room is bright, generously sized, and also has the beautiful wooden parquet. Due to the size of the room, the sloping ceilings (which are excluded from the total square meter count of the apartment) do not matter. The room has two windows that let in a lot of light. The slanted window has a shading option (see pictures). The living room door has a glass window, so the hallway also receives sunlight.
The bedroom is also spacious and has a pleasantly neutral blue carpet floor, which was only cleaned in 2026. There are also two windows in the room (see pictures), with the slanted window also having a shading/darkening option, ideal for sleeping.

To offer as much space as possible to the two mentioned rooms, the bathroom and kitchen are rather small.
The small kitchen (east side) is maximally well utilized in terms of space, with room for a small refrigerator (suitable for 1-2 people) and 2 integrated induction stove plates (new). An oven is not integrated but could be purchased as a mini oven by the tenant. A dishwasher is also not integrated. The kitchen is a semi-open kitchen because, for maximum space utilization, the kitchen door was removed, so the kitchen is a separate room but open to the hallway (see pictures). The kitchen floor consists of user-friendly covered, mint-colored linoleum.
The bathroom (east side) is also maximally well utilized in terms of space and has a washbasin, a shower, and a toilet. A privacy screen is present on the window. A new, illuminated (dimmable) mirror is in the bathroom.
