The apartment offers everything needed for immediate move-in: sofa, bed, wardrobes, desk, kitchen with refrigerator and washing machine, only personal items such as bedding with mattress protector and clothing must be brought. Kitchen utensils are fully available.

The bathroom is classically divided for old buildings: shower and washbasin in the apartment, toilet across the hallway (exclusive use by the tenant). The shower has recently been equipped with an instantaneous water heater, warm water is thus directly available.
