Description
I am renting out my 1-room apartment for 3 months from the beginning of November to the end of January. It is located directly at the university and costs 900€ including utilities. It faces south and has a small bay window. The kitchen is a fixed part of the apartment and also has a dishwasher. Since I am moving, I will take most of the furniture with me, but the bed will remain in the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Opposite in the hallway is a laundry room that all tenants can use. I really enjoyed living in the apartment and am now moving in with my girlfriend.
The apartment is located directly at the "Universität" stop of line 9, next to the main building of the University of Cologne. In the courtyard, you can park bicycles under cover.
