Bright Shared Apartment Room in Great Location

Room
Hey!

Since I am moving to Düsseldorf for 3 months, my room in our nice 4-person shared apartment will be available. The apartment is on the third floor of a private student dormitory on Weseler Straße in Geist-/Südviertel. The shared apartment consists of four similarly sized rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. For winter, there is reliable underfloor heating throughout the apartment.

Your shared apartment room is a cozy and modern room. You have two large floor-to-ceiling windows that make the room bright and friendly. Thanks to the modern new building, the street noise is hardly noticeable.

The kitchen offers two refrigerators, a microwave, an oven, a small dishwasher, a stove, and plenty of workspace.

The student dormitory also has an underground garage with a cellar where you can securely park your bicycle (or even a car - but with associated costs). Additionally, there are three washing machines and three dryers in the laundry room that can be used for a small fee of 1.50€. You can comfortably take the elevator to the fifth floor and relax in the summer on the rooftop terrace, which is accessible to all residents.

Location
The location could hardly be better.

A Rewe and a Netto supermarket are 3-5 minutes away on foot, and the old town with shops and pubs is only a 10-minute bike ride away. The Aasee lake is right outside the door, always inviting for a walk in the fresh air.

Buses to the main train station run every 10 minutes, or you can walk there in 15-20 minutes.

Shared Apartment Life
Our shared apartment life is very relaxed and uncomplicated.

Currently living here:

Helen (23) studies Business Administration, Greta (24) studies Business Administration

and Miriam (23) studies Pharmacy.

We are always up for joint cooking evenings and sometimes chat late into the evening. Our shared apartment is therefore by no means just a functional shared apartment. However, we fully understand if you need some peace or have exams coming up. Cleanliness is very important to us because we want everyone to feel comfortable. We would be happy if a certain order is also important to you :)

Other
Feel free to send us a message and introduce yourself briefly! If you have any questions, you are also welcome to contact us :)

To move in with us, you must be a registered student because the building is a student dormitory.
