Bright Shared Apartment Room

Room
The room is approximately 16 m2 and features two large windows with blinds, providing plenty of daylight and a nice, bright atmosphere. The high ceilings additionally give the room a spacious living feel. It also stays pleasantly cool here for a long time in summer, so you can feel comfortable all year round.

Location
The apartment is located in a beautiful and central area in the Mauritzviertel. The city center and the main train station are reachable by bike in a few minutes. Shopping options (Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, Netto), bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.

The connection to public transport is very good and the canal is also quickly reachable.

Shared Apartment Life
Ludi and Nick have been living in the shared apartment since July and August respectively, so you would be moving into a fairly fresh shared apartment constellation. People often linger and chat in the kitchen, even if they only intended to eat something quickly.

Ludi is studying teaching in his bachelor's degree and is writing his bachelor's thesis in winter. Besides that, he plays in a football club and works in a café. His absolute go-to meal is pasta with pesto, so you really can't go wrong there.

Nick is studying business administration in his master's and is also sporty. Besides the gym, he enjoys playing padel. Both like watching football and are also keen on techno music.

Cleaning duties rotate weekly, so a different person is responsible each week.

All in all, it is a relaxed shared apartment where people like to chat together in the kitchen, do activities, or simply do their own thing. We have a nice mix of communal shared apartment life and enough personal space.

Other
In the room, I would leave the bed, the wardrobe, and the wide Kallax shelf. For the furniture and recent investments, I would ask for a deduction of 350€.
