The monthly rent is 950 euros including advance payment for additional costs. In case of an additional payment (electricity/gas), this must be borne by the tenant.
Electricity must be registered by the tenant, and liability insurance must also be taken out.
The deposit is 2500 euros.
As soon as the handover has taken place, the apartment can of course also be occupied before 1.11.

According to the rental contract, the apartment is limited to 2 years, so it would be well suited for a student or someone who is only staying temporarily in Munich.

The notice period is the usual 3 months.

There is a laundry room with washing machines in the neighboring building. There is no cellar for the apartment.
