Central 3-Room Apartment in Höchst

We are looking for new tenants for our 78 m² apartment starting 01.01.2026, which offers a particularly spacious and light-filled living experience thanks to its approximately 3.50 m high ceilings and large windows.

The apartment has two roughly equally sized bedrooms, each about 14 m², making it ideal for a shared flat. The custom-fitted kitchen must be taken over (3,800 €). The walls will be handed over neutrally painted by us. The apartment also includes a private cellar compartment and a small courtyard where bicycles can be parked.

Requirements for renting are a Schufa credit report and proof of income. Maximum 3 persons. The washing machine cannot be taken over.

Deposit approximately 2000€
