Central Living Directly at Friesenplatz

We are looking for nice new tenants for our centrally located apartment in Cologne.
The apartment is located directly at Friesenplatz and is therefore very well connected.
We moved into the apartment a year ago after a renovation. It is therefore in top condition and equipped with new floors, a modern bathroom, and a beautiful kitchen which must be taken over when renting.

The apartment is suitable for couples or a two-person shared flat.
Whether pets are allowed must be agreed with the owner.
Unfortunately, there is no parking space, so a resident parking permit must be applied for.

A condition for taking over the rent is that our kitchen is taken over.
We planned it newly when moving in and had it professionally installed. It is a functional and beautifully designed kitchen by PLANA. Since it is only one year old, it still has a warranty.
For the kitchen, we ask for a deduction of 6,500 €. The following appliances are included:
Washing machine by Bauknecht, large refrigerator with large freezer compartment by Samsung, induction stove by Miele, and a water filter system by Enagic. Since we are taking our freestanding oven with us, a new one would have to be installed in the kitchen.
We also decided against a dishwasher because we needed the extra storage space. However, there is a connection in the kitchen where a standard dishwasher can easily be installed.

It is important that if you are interested, you fill out a tenant self-disclosure and provide proof of income for the last three months plus a Schufa credit report.
