The highlight of the apartment is the almost 40 m² large roof terrace. The 43 bus can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, and in 10 minutes you can walk to the Lindenmuseum. The main train station is 20 minutes on foot. The nearest grocery store is 1 minute on foot - you can also quickly run over there in slippers ;). Since the apartment including terrace is located on a dead-end street, it is pleasantly quiet here.

In 10 minutes on foot you reach the Lindenmuseum and in 15 minutes directly the Unipark.
