We are looking for new tenants for our spacious 2-room apartment with around 70 m² on Heidestraße, right in the popular Frankfurt Nordend.

The apartment combines classic old building charm with modern living comfort. High ceilings and the well-preserved, maintained Frankfurt floor create a generous, bright spatial feeling. The windows have been renewed and are well insulated, which positively affects the room climate and heating costs.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained old building. There is a nice eat-in kitchen that invites you to cook and eat together, a large bathroom, and a spacious entrance area. The fitted kitchen remains in the apartment and is included in the rent. The apartment also includes a basement compartment.

The landlord is very fair and uncomplicated. The current warm rent is 1,154 € (plus heating costs). Please note that the landlord reserves the right to make a slight adjustment to the rent upon re-letting.

The apartment is available from 16.11.2026. For a transfer fee of 2,000 €, you take over the following furniture and fixtures:
