Our cluster apartments consist of several individually designed living units combined into one large, connected apartment.
Each living unit has its own bathroom and a niche for a kitchenette, so you can enjoy comfort and privacy whenever you wish.
The communal facilities allow living beyond your own apartment in lively house communities, all belonging to a large shared housing project. The communal areas are available to all tenants. A common room with kitchen, a multipurpose room, a community garden, and various "Terrasse Commune" encourage social interaction. A equipped laundry room per house complements the offer. Additionally, there is a guest apartment available to all cooperative members. The shared garden includes raised beds, a playground, and seating and resting areas.

How we arrange this apartment for you
