Centrum, Münster
€ 1,350
Description
This high-quality completely renovated old building apartment combines the special charm of the popular Kreuzviertel with modern living comfort and contemporary features. With its approximately 3 meter high ceilings and lovingly restored wooden floorboards, the apartment exudes an elegant yet homely atmosphere.
The generously sized living room forms the center of the apartment and offers various possibilities for individual design. From here you can access the balcony, which invites you to relax outdoors and provides additional living comfort.
The separate kitchen offers enough space for implementing your personal kitchen design. All necessary connections for electricity, water supply and drainage have already been prepared during the renovation. The apartment is rented without a fitted kitchen, so the future tenant has the opportunity to install a kitchen according to their own ideas and at their own expense.
The bedroom offers a pleasant retreat for restful nights. The modern designed bathroom impresses with high-quality sanitary fittings and a timeless design that harmoniously fits into the overall appearance of the apartment.
Additional comfort is provided by a washing machine space inside the apartment as well as a private cellar room with practical storage space.
As part of the comprehensive renovation, numerous modernization measures were carried out, including:
Renewal of windows and terrace door including blinds
Restoration of the historic wooden floorboards in the living and bedroom
Renewal of floor coverings in the other rooms
Replacement of sanitary installations in bathroom and kitchen
Complete modernization of the bathroom including shower, washbasin, toilet, bathroom furniture and tiles
Renewal of radiators
Partial modernization of electrical installation and replacement of the fuse box
Improvement of sound insulation by reinforcing the partition wall to the neighboring apartment
Extensive painting and varnishing work in all rooms
Dismantling of the existing kitchen and preparation of all connections for the installation of a new fitted kitchen
The apartment presents itself in first-class condition after completion of the renovation measures and offers ideal conditions for those who want to combine the character of an old building with the advantages of modern living.
The rental is exclusively for residential purposes.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
