This 2-room attic apartment, with a completely developed and insulated roof structure from 2015, presents itself with tasteful furnishings, a spacious daylight bathroom and a nice layout. It is located in a well-maintained multi-family house on the 3rd floor (without elevator). All rooms are accessible via the hallway: the beautifully designed living-dining room with a view up to the roof ridge with open bright wooden beams, integrated kitchen, the bedroom, the storage area and the large bathroom with walk-in shower. The living area is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200), an armchair, desk, a beautiful old buffet cabinet, 50 inch smart TV with soundbar and Wi-Fi (100 Mbit). The beautiful country house style continues in the kitchen. The L-shaped kitchen unit fits under the sloping roof and offers a small dishwasher (45 cm), sink, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven and refrigerator. The nice dining area offers space for 6 people. The bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 bed and a mirrored sliding door wardrobe. The bathroom is chic and spacious with a large washbasin, bidet, toilet and a walk-in shower with rain shower and glass partition. This is a non-smoking apartment.

A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in a locked room in the basement (shared use with 3 apartments). A cleaning, laundry and ironing service is available separately by arrangement (15 €/hour). Parking spaces are available. E-charging station within walking distance.

An underground parking space can be rented for 50 €. Rent plus electricity on your own registration and 50 € for a second person as well as final cleaning.
