The L-shaped kitchen unit fits under the sloping roof and offers a small dishwasher (45 cm), sink, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, and refrigerator. The lovely dining area offers space for 6 people. The bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 bed and a mirrored sliding door wardrobe. The bathroom is chic and spacious with a large washbasin, bidet, toilet, and a walk-in shower with rain shower and glass partition. This is a non-smoking apartment.

A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are located in a locked room in the basement (shared use with 3 apartments).
