Our houses Am Hoverkamp are located in a quiet residential street. They are nestled among single-family homes as well as meadows and fields opposite.
The apartment features a living-sleeping room and a separate kitchenette (see sample floor plan, possibly mirrored). The apartment is equipped with vinyl flooring in wood plank look, and the shower bathroom is modern with white tiles. Large windows provide plenty of light.
The Kaarst highway interchange A52/A57 towards Düsseldorf / Cologne / Mönchengladbach / Krefeld can be reached from the residential complex in less than three minutes. Therefore, the transport connections to the surrounding major cities Düsseldorf, Cologne and Mönchengladbach are excellent. Düsseldorf Airport can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. The city center of Kaarst is about a 12-minute walk away. There you will find shops for daily needs as well as diverse gastronomic offerings. Despite the central location, the apartment is close to nature and invites you to take walks or extended bike tours.
