The apartment is located in Friedrichshafen in the Kluftern district, only two minutes to the bus stop and about 15 minutes on foot to the train station.

It is a 10-minute drive to the Duale Hochschule Friedrichshafen.

It is about a 10-minute bike ride to Lake Constance. Quiet location. Parking available on the street and a public parking lot only 1 minute on foot away.
