✨ 1-room apartment for sublet in the KTV, Rostock ✨🌿

Hello,

We are looking for a caring person who would like to live in our little home in the beautiful KTV in Rostock for a while. 💌

Our apartment is a retreat full of charm, coziness and small, playful details. It is furnished and consists of a spacious living/bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony where you can wonderfully dream, read or enjoy your morning coffee. 🌞

We are looking for someone for at least 6 months. If it works well for both sides, we can also imagine an extension to 1-2 years. The apartment is rented furnished.

🌿 A small home with a lot of soul

Our apartment is cozy and lovingly furnished. A place to snuggle up, be creative, drink tea, read books and just be. Our great plants live everywhere, which really bring the home to life. Therefore, we wish for someone with a green thumb, a loving heart and the desire to take care of our little green housemates during the time. 🪴

The KTV is one of the most charming districts of Rostock: colorful, lively, alternative and full of small favorite places. Right around you you will find cute bars, cozy cafés, vegan delicacies, small shops and beautiful corners to stroll and linger. Here you can wonderfully drift, discover new favorite places and feel at home very quickly. 🍃

💌 Who do we wish for?

A person who does not see our apartment simply as accommodation, but as a little home for a time. Someone who appreciates the special atmosphere, lovingly cares for our plants and treats the place with as much care as we do. 🌙✨

💌 Deposit

The deposit is 1,200 € and consists of two months' rent plus an additional security to protect our property. 🌿🏡
