Temporary living in Papendorf on the outskirts of Rostock.
We rent from 15.11.2026 - limited by arrangement - a furnished granny flat in our owner-occupied single-family house. The apartment is located on the ground floor, suitable for 1 to 2 people and has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and a terrace (10 sqm) facing southwest. Access is via a shared vestibule, otherwise the apartment is completely separated from the rest of the house. The last modernization took place in 2023. It is a non-smoking apartment.
The additional costs are billed as a flat rate and include, among other things, heating, electricity, hot water, water/sewage as well as WLAN and SAT-TV (if rented to 2 people, the additional costs increase by 20 EUR/month). Parking spaces are located in front of the house in the public area. If needed, mobile charging via a wallbox (11 kW) is possible for a moderate fee.
Our house is located in a small residential area in a quiet location and is very conveniently connected: on foot you can reach the S-Bahn Güstrow - Warnemünde in 15 minutes, by car you are at the Rostock-Südstadt motorway entrance to the A20 in 7 minutes, and by bike you can reach the Rostock-Südblick tram terminus in 10 minutes.
In Papendorf there are many opportunities for outdoor leisure activities: e.g. cycling, jogging or swimming and paddling in the Warnow, which is 1.3 km away. The nearest shopping facility is 1.7 km away at the entrance to the village.
