Description
Since I am moving away from Hannover, I am looking for a kind and reliable person to take over my room in our cozy 2-room shared apartment starting from 01.10. My sister will continue to live in the apartment, so you would be sharing the apartment with her. 😊
The apartment is located directly in the Hannover city center and still very close to green areas. Both Maschpark and Maschsee are reachable within a few minutes on foot. Shopping options, cafés, restaurants, as well as bus and train stations are also in the immediate vicinity. Basically, everything can be wonderfully done on foot here.
In addition to the two rooms, the apartment includes a shared kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, a small practical extra room, and a nice, cozy balcony.
The room is approximately 25 m² in size and can be furnished upon agreement. The monthly rent including utilities is 460 €. Move-in is possible from 01.10.
