My girlfriend and I are looking for a new tenant from 01.11.2026 for our beautifully modernized attic apartment in an old school building in idyllic Deggenhausertal. The apartment is perfect for singles or couples who want to enjoy the quiet and family-oriented rural life.
Briefly about the apartment:
You enter the apartment into a spacious entrance area with a hallway leading to the open, beautiful living kitchen with a cooking island and all necessary electrical appliances.
In the living and dining area, you have enough space to freely unfold.
The small bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
There are also two other rooms which we used as a bedroom and a dressing room.
There is a green area behind the house which can be used as a garden.
The apartment also includes parking spaces in front of the house.
Rental is preferred to non-smokers without pets.
The price of 1300€ includes heating costs as well as internet and parking spaces.
If interested, the green corduroy sofa, which fits perfectly in the corner and unfortunately we cannot take with us, can be taken over from us; various other furniture can be taken over with the landlord's approval.
