First Occupancy After Renovation: 3-Room Attic Apartment with Loggia in Daberstedt!
Daberstedt, Erfurt
€ 990
Description
This fully renovated apartment is located in the attic of a well-maintained multi-family house and offers approximately 83 m² of living space with a spacious and individual living atmosphere. The apartment is available immediately for first occupancy after renovation.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the expansive, open-plan living area with visible wooden beams, large windows, and plenty of natural light. The open design creates a generous sense of space and offers various possibilities for different living and furnishing concepts.
**Currently, the apartment is designed as a spacious 2-room apartment. By adding an additional wall, another room can be created if needed, making use as a 3-room apartment possible.**
The kitchen is open to the living area. An existing fitted kitchen can be taken over upon request, but this is not a requirement for renting.
The separate bedroom offers ample space and is naturally lit by a skylight. The living offer is complemented by a loggia or a protected winter garden area, providing additional space for relaxation and leisure.
The daylight bathroom is currently being completed and will be equipped with a corner bathtub. As part of the comprehensive renovation, the apartment and its surfaces have been completely refurbished and redesigned. A separate storage room within the apartment offers additional practical storage space.
Additional comfort is provided by a separate cellar room, a communal laundry room, and the possibility of shared garden use.
The apartment is particularly suitable for singles or couples who appreciate spacious living, an open floor plan, and the special atmosphere of an attic apartment.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
