In our new quarter "Elisabethentor," 13 multi-family houses have been built according to the KfW Energy Standard 55 in solid construction, along with a daycare center and two underground garages. The residential area is located on the southwestern outskirts of Wiesbaden-Delkenheim and comprises a total of 248 rental apartments, 40 of which are designed to be senior-friendly and 86 subsidized and thus price-bound (allocation of the subsidized apartments is exclusively through the city of Wiesbaden). On four floors each, you will find a variety of floor plans with two to five-room apartments and living areas ranging from 37 m² to 150 m².

The "Elisabethentor" quarter offers excellent transport connections, local supply, medical care, kindergartens and schools, as well as cultural and leisure activities. Particularly attractive for families is the quarter's own daycare center: 98 daycare places are being created here. An elementary school is about 2 km from our property. Recreational opportunities are available directly on site, as the quarter borders a golf course with a large green area as well as the Massenheimer Kiesgruben nature reserve. In the lovingly landscaped courtyards, play areas for children and benches for adults are being created, perfect for relaxing.

The planned charging stations are already operational and available for use.

The small town of Delkenheim is located in the east of Wiesbaden, on the border to the Main-Taunus district. Good transport connections are ensured by the nearby motorways A 66 and A 3 as well as a bus stop directly in the quarter.
