You reach the spacious apartment via a separate staircase and the west loggia, laid with bright, modern wood-design flooring.
Visually, the sleeping area is separated from the living area. The modern kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, sink and dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as small kitchen appliances and dishes with cutlery.
In the living area there is a sofa. In the sleeping area there is a double bed and the TV corner. A desk and a wardrobe will be added.
The bathroom has a large window, glass shower cabin, washbasin and toilet.
A washing machine can be used in the shared laundry room.
WLAN and satellite connection available.
Rent for one person, including all operating costs, including water, hot water, heating, electricity and WLAN.
For a NON-commuter and for an additional person a monthly surcharge applies. Upon moving out a one-time final cleaning fee of 80 is due.
A cleaning service (at least once a month) is included in the rent.
