The apartment is located in the popular northern district of Kinderhaus and offers an ideal combination of tranquility, nature and excellent infrastructure.

Just "around the corner", only a few minutes' walk away, is the centre of Kinderhaus. Here you will find everything you need for everyday life: from large supermarkets (Edeka, Aldi) to drugstores and pharmacies to the post office and banks, local supply is well taken care of.

The connection to Münster city centre and the various university locations is excellent. Bus lines 15 and 16 (as well as night buses) stop almost at the front door and take you directly to the main station or Schlossplatz in about 15 to 20 minutes. Those who prefer to travel by Leeze (bicycle) can reach the city centre via well-developed cycle paths in just under a quarter of an hour.
