The apartment (old building, 2nd floor, no elevator) is bright, quiet and partially furnished.

Highlights:

Rooms: 3 rooms with loft bed (about 15-20 m2, perfect for bed & desk).

The proximity to KIT is worth gold for students. Despite the shortage, such apartments are extremely sought after because the demand on the Karlsruhe housing market is high and the warm rent shared by three people remains very affordable (about 320 to 415 euros warm per person).

This room is a real space miracle! Thanks to the massive, fixed loft bed in the entrance area, the impressive old building ceiling height is optimally utilized. Upstairs is the undisturbed sleeping area, while valuable usable space remains free underneath, ideal for a cozy sofa corner or storage space. The rear part of the room offers enough space for a large desk and a bright, friendly living atmosphere with a view of the old building charm.

Kitchen: With stove, freezer. Optional: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator for 250 €.

"Your" new shared apartment is located directly opposite the main entrance of KIT.

Less than 10 minutes to the cafeteria, library, Daimler Benz lecture hall. It really doesn't get any closer to KIT.

In about 15 minutes you are in the forest, pedestrian zone, supermarket, Karlsruhe Palace, palace garden, fitness studios, cinema, pubs, museums, shopping center and more...

Tram is only 7 minutes away with a direct line for example to the main station.
