The apartments are located in Bochum Querenburg, 5 km southeast of the city center. Querenburg is also known as a district due to the Ruhr University and Bochum University of Applied Sciences located there.
Shopping facilities can be found within walking distance at nearby discount stores as well as in the Uni-Center Bochum with many shops and arcades. In the vicinity, there are several restaurants and a large daycare center is located at Gropiusweg 14.
The infrastructure and connection to the public transport network are considered good. With the U-Bahn - U 35 "Campus line", stop at Markstraße, you can reach the main station in about 8 minutes, by car it takes about 10 minutes. Bus stops are a few minutes' walk away on Semperstraße. By bus, it takes about 20 minutes to the main station. The A448 is reachable within a few minutes by car.
