I am looking for a new tenant from 15.10. / 01.11. for my cozy attic apartment in the popular Dortmund Kreuzviertel. I am moving out because I am moving in with my girlfriend, otherwise, I really enjoyed living in the apartment.

The apartment is located in the attic and is the only apartment on the entire floor. This is especially pleasant as you practically hear nothing from neighbors or the street. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a cozy character.
The living room is large and spacious and offers plenty of room for comfortable furnishing and individual design.
The bedroom offers enough space for a large bed and a wardrobe.
Additionally, there is a study. Here you will find two practical built-in closets as well as space for up to two desks.
The kitchen offers plenty of storage space and is already fully equipped with: induction stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. All appliances work perfectly. Items such as the Sodastream, toaster, kettle, or coffee machine can also possibly remain in the apartment.

A condition for the new tenancy is the takeover of the existing kitchen, the listed furniture, and the current wall design. Therefore, the apartment is especially suitable for someone who is not yet fully furnished.
Included in the takeover are: kitchen, bed (140 cm wide), IKEA PAX wardrobe with sliding doors, two desks. Further items can certainly be discussed.
