Fully Furnished 1.5 Room Apartment for Sublease

Since I will be traveling from January, I want to sublet my apartment for four months and am looking for a trustworthy person who feels comfortable during that time and takes good care of my apartment and furniture.

The apartment has a really great location. By bike, you can reach the city center or the train station in about 10 minutes. The canal is also nearby and invites you for walks, jogging, or simply relaxing. Shopping facilities are conveniently within walking distance.

A special highlight is a small square very close by with table tennis tables. There is usually something going on there. The neighborhood meets to play table tennis, card games, or just to sit together in the sun. It feels a bit like the neighborhood's living room and makes the area especially lively and cozy.

The building itself is very relaxed and uncomplicated. Visits from friends are of course welcome, but large parties should not take place. There is also a shared washing machine and dryer in the building.

Since I want to leave my furniture and plants in the apartment during the trip, it is especially important to me to find a reliable and responsible person. Ideally, you should already have some experience living alone and feel comfortable taking care of my plants. Some experience with plants would be great so they survive the four months well.
