I am subletting my 40 m2 apartment starting December 1st. Two options are possible:

Sublet for about 6 months (until the end of May 2027), 730 € warm, all inclusive

Contract takeover, you take over the lease permanently directly from the landlord (cold rent 610 €, utilities about 90 € depending on consumption). The furniture can be taken over cheaply if interested.

Registration (residence) is possible.

- 2 rooms: one usable as a bedroom, the other with a small kitchen and a breakfast bar

- Spacious bathroom

- Balcony

- Large windows facing southwest, the apartment is very bright during the day and offers a beautiful view of the sunset

- The apartment is fully furnished, you can basically move in with just one suitcase. A few of my personal items are not included, we can gladly discuss the details.

Location
- Aldi and Rewe supermarkets: 1 minute on foot. And you can do all your shopping there

- Bus stops "EKZ-Einkaufszentrum" (1 min) and "Verladebahnhof" (3 min): Several bus lines run from these stops, taking you to the city center in about 5 minutes. The same buses also go in the opposite direction to Dudweiler and Sulzbach.

- Bus stop "Prinzenweiher" (10 min on foot): From here, several buses go directly to the university.
