We are traveling and therefore renting out our bright, fully furnished and equipped 2-room apartment (59 m2) in Hamburg-Altona/Bahrenfeld.
The apartment is available from 01.11.2026 to 31.01.2027 with a possible extension maybe until May 2027 by arrangement.
It faces south, offers plenty of daylight and a nice view of greenery. A special highlight is the approximately 16 m2 large balcony. The building and the courtyard are also pleasantly quiet.
It has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a cozy living room with a new TV, and a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and a new, high-quality mattress. We are happy to provide bed linen if needed.
Total rent: 1,300 € per month all inclusive (including electricity, water, internet, TV, kitchen equipment, etc.)

The apartment is quiet and at the same time well connected. With the S1 or X3 you can quickly reach the city center. Bus 16 takes you comfortably to Altona station, which you can also reach on foot in about 25 minutes. The proximity to the A7 is also practical if you are traveling by car and want to quickly get to other parts of Hamburg or out of the city.
Everything for everyday needs is nearby: REWE, Rossmann, Penny, and Aldi as well as numerous kiosks, post offices, and cafés are easily reachable on foot.
Those who like to be outdoors will find several parks and green spaces in the area, including Altonaer Volkspark and Lutherpark.
The location is also practical for sports enthusiasts: McFIT and Holmes Place are within walking distance, and a Fitness First is only two bus stops away.
